Astleys are looking for a Full Time Sales Negotiator to join our well-established independent Estate Agency. Our agency has a fantastic reputation and has been established for over 150 years. We require an individual with a similar outlook to the working environment to assist in making our sales department even more successful.
Your main duties will include liaising in person and over the telephone negotiations, matching buyers to properties, attending viewings and negotiating offers between a buyer and vendor.
This is a varied role and therefore a flexible and confident approach is desired. The successful candidate will need to have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Meeting and greeting clients in the office and in person
– Register buyers and generating viewings
– Arranging and generating valuations
– Attending viewings
– Negotiating offers & progressing sales
– Keeping vendors updated
– Other general office duties
Essential requirements for the role
– Be able to provide excellent customer service
– Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Target driven
– Self-motivated
– Full driving license

Astleys are looking for an enthusiastic, Saturday Sales Negotiator to join our well-established independent Estate Agent. Our agency has a fantastic reputation and has been established for over 150 years. We require an individual with a similar outlook to the working environment to assist in making our sales department even more successful.

Your main duties will include liaising with clients in person and over the telephone booking viewings and valuations, matching buyers to properties and attending viewings.

This is a varied role and therefore a flexible and confident approach is desired. The successful candidate will need to have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively.

– Meeting and greeting clients in the office and in person

– Attending viewings

– Other general office duties

Part-time hours: 7 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £8.72 per hour
